Our league campaign came to a close with a memorable coach trip to Oundle—a new ground for us and a great way to round off the season together as a squad.
Facing an unbeaten side was always going to be a tough challenge, but the team rose to it with determination and spirit. In difficult conditions, with a hot day and firm ground underfoot, the players showed real grit—defending tirelessly and playing with heart from the first whistle to the last.
While the result didn’t fall in our favour, the performance spoke volumes. It was a display full of effort, resilience, and togetherness—everything this squad has stood for throughout the season.
More than just a game, it was a chance to share another experience as a group, ticking off a new venue and enjoying one final league day on the road.
