What a game we had yesterday! Our women’s team brought the energy, passion, and skill to the pitch for a thrilling development match. Not only did we showcase the talent and growth of our players, but we also had some seriously exciting moments. 💥💚
The tries kept rolling in with Corinne, Alex, Kelly, and Meg Maddison all crossing the line, showing off some fantastic footwork and teamwork. But the real showstoppers were Tash and Isha, who each bagged two tries to contribute heavily to the score! 🌟💪 And the ever-steady Sheldrake couldn’t be stopped, securing a hat-trick of tries to add to the scoreboard. What a performance! 👏
When it came to conversions, Isha was on fire, slotting four conversions, while Woody had a flawless six successful conversions, helping to ensure we finished strong. 🔥
It was a brilliant display of individual talent mixed with fantastic team play, showing just how much we’ve developed. We're only getting better and more confident with every match, and we can’t wait to see what’s next for our women’s team! 🙌
Forward of the Match was awarded to Tash, Back of the Match to Tuesday and Oppositions Player of the Match to Meg Maddison.
